CNY Day 1 - Part 2

Later on that day, we went down BM to visit some relatives. We went there every year during CNY and every year, there bound to be someone who would lost their way or turn into a wrong road. Ever since my first year celebrating CNY in Penang when I was 16, we never miss not even one year of either 'sesat jalan' or made a wrong turning. And this year is no exception. My uncle turned into the wrong road at some point along the way. Amazing isn't it? =.=''

Halfway throughout the journey, I discovered my mobile phone is dead. D.E.A.D. Can't on, can't do nothing, mati terus, zzz. And that was when I realized I never sync my contacts from my phone to my new sim card, thus I lost everyone's contacts. So, I would really appreaciate it if any of you would sms me your contact number. Thanks a lot! xD

We finally reached our destination. Was slightly dizzy from the long ride. The house was packed with people, as always during CNY. We went in, and did the almost same thing we did every year. Greeted and wished everyone Happy CNY, sat down, ate some CNY snacks, took some ang pows, ate another round of steamboat and lastly went out to the garden to chit chat. Except that this year, I decided to snap some photos of the place. To be frank, I was trying to entertain myself as it was pretty boring, blek.

On our way back to the island, it was very jam. Can't remember how long we were stucked in the jam, I just know it was darn long. My bro even fell asleep and I began to feel dizzy again. One reason I don't like sitting in the back passenger seat is because I get motion sickness easily, especially on long journey. And it gets worst if there is a long and slow traffic jam. Ya, I know I am weak, ughh. Can't help it T_T

I positioned myself slightly lower from my seat and closed my eyes almost the whole journey, praying that I won't throw up. I don't remember falling asleep but when I opened my eyes, we were on the bridge. Then things started to happen very fast. One moment we were moving fast and smooth. The next moment BANG!! The momentum from the crash almost threw us sitting at the back to the front. Luckily all of us were wearing seat belt. And for the first time, I actually thanked the government for implementing such a law which I thought was and still think it's stupid =P I only suffered a couple of bruises from the crash which could have been worst if I didn't wear seat belt.

Both cars are also red. And who says red is ong?!? My aunt hit the car in front very hard which resulted in that car banging the other car in front -.-'' I didn't snap the third car but it was a 4-wheel drive in case anyone is wondering. After my aunt 'bicara' with both car owners, she has to pay both of them for the damages. Hmm, not a good way to end the day =x

When we got back, we were told that my uncle's car was banged from behind, swt. One car pi banged other cars, another car ter-banged by other. How much more ironic can it be?

And just like that, our day ended with a DOUBLE BANG...
