soh ee day~~

After a lunch buffet at Cititel and a crazy hot photoshoot outing at Esplanade yesterday, I thought I could just pop right into bed after a shower and skip my dinner. But in less than 10 mins I got home and halfway changing, Joyce called to ask if want to go for dinner together. "Makan or tidur?", the question kept repeating in my mind while I bathed, zzz. I finally decided on sleeping after receiving a sms from Joyce that TK won't be able to make it. BUT, another but, zzz... but as I was halfway typing my sms, my cousin called me. I need to 'soh ee' for today's err... how to call that? "tang cek?" =.=

So, there I was blending the pandan leaves after a dinner with Joyce and CK. Makan-ed wantan mee at Padang, still very nice after so many years. Anyway, I was done with the pandan and passed the green slimy stuff to Audrey. Ok, it's not exactly slimy, very watery to be exact, blek. Audrey put too much of it into the dough. And the supposed to be fluffy dough was super ultra sticky, swt. Luckily the white and red didn't share the same fate.

We only started to 'soh' around 11pm++. With only two of us, it took us a couple of hours to finish with each 'ee' getting bigger every minute =P We even cook some of them last night as Audrey is too tam jiak and couldn't wait till today. We even ter-cook too much of the white ones, ending up only a few left. But the pandan flavor, which were supposed to be green didn't end up look like green, and could pass for a white, so that settled it, blek....

Covered up the uncooked 'tang yuan' with wet cloth, and we were done. Went to bed around 2am++ and woke up this afternoon at 12pm++ due to a stupid sms by digi, -.-
