Random comic sketches

Spent the last holiday at home. Bored but lazy to do my work, I tried to think of something else to do which could make the day goes by a lot faster. Don't really like to work on a holiday. Who does anyway. I decided to tidy up my room a bit and that was when I saw my sketch book in one of the cupboard.

Been years since I last sketch something. I used to sketch a lot, been a hobby of mine and I mostly sketched on comics' characters. But had stop ever since I started working. Looking back at my sketches, bring back some fond memories. I still remember the time when my cousins and I, each armed with a sketch book and we would be in the room whole day, sketching away like nobody's business. We would made fun of each other sketches, exchange sketching for each other and 'destroying' each other sketches in the process. Those were the days...

And just like that, I knew what I should do to fill up my time. Found some of my pencils which I used a very long time ago and luckily there are still some empty sheets in my sketch book. Browsed through my comic books for ideas of what to sketch. I am not really a creative or an artistic kinda person. I can't really imagine or visualize something and put it into picture. I need to look at something that is actually there in order for that picture to surface. Found one which I thought would be easy to sketch.

It has been a very long time since I last hold a wooden pencil. Somehow I feel myself very unfamiliar holding it, haha. I got the hang of it after a while but my sketching is getting rusty after all these years. I actually spent half the day just to finish sketching my comic character. I don't have a scanner so I used the digi camera which I lend from my friend and snapped my 'masterpiece' =P Also used this chance to snap some of my previous 'masterpieces' =x

I decided to upload some of my better sketches here. Please don't laugh at me, I know I am not that good T_T

Tadah!!~ So, what do you guys think? Boleh tahan kah? I am actually not really satisfy with it, but this is the best I can do for now xD
