Received an email from a counterpart from Tokyo a couple of weeks back. Was a bit concerned when I saw her name as I don't remember liaising with her before. Open and read her email. She is from the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Department based in Tokyo and was here for a meeting.
Apparently, one of my user from Tokyo requested her to pass me a small gift. Relieved and happy at the same time, hahaha =P Took the company shuttle to the other plant later that afternoon to meet up with her. Unfortunately, I got there a bit too late, and they were already back in the meeting room. But she leave a small paper bag outside the meeting room on the table with a note for me xD
The white flowery paper bag with the note still attached to it =D
Two small gifts in the bag. One from Reiko-san (the RA counterpart) and one from Naoko-san (my user xD)
A Dino-shaped rubber band, cute hehe...
Open the gift from Reiko-san first. It's a fish-shaped chopstick rest. I actually only know what it is after Reiko-san IM me the next day at work =P
And this from Naoko-san. I always like how the packaging are done in Japan. Simple but creative yet presentable. Just nice.
The box contains some pink coloured biscuits. Haven't try them yet though :)
And once again, Arigato Gozaimasu Reiko-san and Naoko-san xD
