Cosplay Competition

I heard of this cosplay event from somewhere, think I read it from someone's status in my Facebook. Anyway, it was the first ever cosplay in Penang and I never really been to one, so I thought I check it out. The event was at Times Square Penang and I dragged Saw Yan along with me, blek.

When I got there, only I realized it was a 2 days competition and not really just an event for cosplay. Lots of other events were taken place as well, organized by Galaxie and some others. Other events were Eating Competition, Nintendo Wii competition, Virtual Rowing Competition, Street Dancing Competition and more. I never expect it to be so happening, hahaha. I was looking around and reading the highlights of the day while waiting for SY. She was almost an hour late, chao zhu, made me waited there like gong kia -.-

Anyway, when she got there, we still got a couple of hours to spare. So we walked around the still empty Times Square, had our lunch and played the digital drum from a Yamaha promotion booth. Both of us doesn't know how to play, so we were just messing around =x

We got back in time for the cosplay competition, actually with still a lot of time to spare. A lot of the cosplayers *not sure if they are even called that* were posing and a large crowd shooting at them. I joined in with the shooting and basically that was what I did throughout the competition. I didn't even stayed for the result, and went back after the competition ended. Fetched SY to work and I went back as well.
