Went out for tom yam on Friday with Yen and SY for our lunch. It was a replacement holiday on Friday for Labour Day which falls on Saturday. I was used to having Monday as replacement holiday whenever any Public Holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, somehow the replacement holiday on Friday doesn't seem to be appealing to me =x
Anyhow, a holiday is a holiday, I am happy as long as I don't have to go to work, hehe. I brought them to Lao Sher for our tom yam. I blogged about the place few months back when I first went there the first time. Click here to go back to the post. I like the tom yam serve in Lao Sher, so I recommended it to Yen and SY. Luckily both of them seems to enjoy it, phew. *wipe sweat* Should have snap a photo of the fried tom yam noodle which SY ordered, but I was too busy scooping the 'smelly veggie' out of my tom yam that I sorta forgot -.-'' While we were there, one of the customers accidentally left his Nikon DSLR and we didn't notice it till the owner saw it, lolz. After that, 3 of us were jokingly exclaiming that we should have notice it sooner and keep it for ourselves, haha. DSLR le, don't play play lo, blek.
After our lunch, I went over to the bank to pay my monthly car installment and SY opened up an account. This time, she was the one that leave something behind at the bank. She forgotten to take her IC, swt... Luckily the bank called and we went back to take it. Next we headed over to ATIC, to enquire about their courses there. It's a small college, and I honestly never heard of it till I saw the banners at almost every lamp posts around Penang Island. But small as it is, the place doesn't look half bad and the counselor that was attending to us was very professional in explaining everything to us.
We went over to QBM next. SY kept promoting the Dan Dan Mee, so we went over there for dinner. The stall is open by their friend's aunt so no harm giving it a try. But in the end, I don't like it, wakakaka. Maybe I am not used to the smell and taste, but I just don't find it tasty. *soli lo zhu yan >_<* I also ordered some spicy wantan, which doesn't seem to be any spicy at all =x Should have just stick to the normal wantan noodle, haha. But at least the Dan Dan Mee is different from the normal Dan Dan Mee I usually eat. The normal Dan Dan Mee I ate has a black soup, but this has a curry type of soup, so it was something new to me.
After dinner, we walked around supposedly to be window shopping, at the same time looking for slipper. I told them my slipper spoiled long time ago, but didn't have the time to buy a new one. We went to a few shops, saw a few which I liked, but none available in my size, zzz... All are TOO BIG for me T_T I actually didn't plan on buying anything after that, but I ended up buying a shirt =\ It was a buy 1 free 1, Yen like the shirt a lot, and I don't have such shirt *till now* so I bought one as well. Wouldn't have bought it if it's not a buy 1 free 1, blek.

Here a snapshot of the new shirt I bought. Not much complain on the shirt except for one.
So I did my own DIY on it. Can spot the difference? xD
