really sick

I just finished my porridge. The doctor asked me to eat something light. Went to the clinic an hour ago. Was having tummy discomfort the whole night which prevented me from sleeping. And I kept feeling nausea and vomited a few times last night. I thought it was from the kuih talam my aunt asked me to eat last night. When I ate it, the top santan part was a bit sourish which I actually telan the whole thing, zzz...

Woke up today, tummy still aching and 'vomited' again but nothing came out. I thought I'll have diarrhea but instead I got constipation, =.='' I sms my manager, told her I'll be on MC today and I went to the clinic near my place. The doctor asked me to lay on the bed then he lai press press my abdomen. It was untill he pressed the lower right of my abdomen which I felt this really sharp pain. It was sudden and I didn't expect that. I jolted a little in pain. He asked me a few questions then pressed my abdomen again. There is no pain in the other parts of the abdomen, except for the right part.

After a while he asked me to get up and I went to sit on the chair. He said he'll prescribe me the meds for nausea and vomiting, and also for fever, I have slight fever =.= I thought that was all, till he continued on with something else. He said if the pain in my abdomen persist till in the afternoon, I'll have to go hospital for medical checkup. He suspected that I may have appendicitis as the pain is in my lower right abdomen -.-'' He wrote a letter for me to show to the hospital in case I really be going, swt. What I thought was some harmless food poisoning sickness turns out to be appendicitis, zzz

I wanted to get some rest after finishing my breakfast but I can't help myself and keep thinking that I may be cut open, argh... I google for appendicitis.
