zzzzz.....

Went to open an account earlier this morning. It was my first time to this new branch so I sorta blur for a second. I couldn't find the queue number generator machine or whatever it's called. A lady working there was nice enough to walk to my place and assisted me. Guess I looked more blur than I thought I was, blek. Anyway, they are using touch screen la, no wonder I can't find it =.=

So I got my number and waited. Took a seat. After like 5 - 10 minutes, my number was displayed on the screen. Counter 4, very well hidden at the corner. Nice place to take a 'sleep', =P. I was served by one malay lady, she didn't even bother to smile =/ Told her I am here to open a saving account, and she requested for my IC so I passed it to her. She proceed to type something in her computer system.

*tak* *tak* *tak* *tak* *tak*

Then she told me something. This was how the conversation went:

Lady: I can't proceed to open an account for you.
Me: Huh? Why?
Lady: Your name has been blacklisted.
Me: Huh? For? *swt-ing*
Lady: For RM3K++, you owe the bank.
Me: Huh? What bank? *double swt-int*
Lady: Bank Islam
Me: o.O'' *swt-ing profusely*
Lady: Are you aware if this?
Me: No, I don't even know this bank exist -.-
Lady: ........, then you better check with the bank.
Me: So basically I can't open an account if my name is blacklisted? It's just a saving account.
Lady: Yes, sorry I can't help you with this.
Me: ..... =.=, thanks for your time then.

As I was walking back to my car, my mind was blur and blank. After I got in my car my mind suddenly bombared me with lots of question. WTH IS THIS BANK ISLAM?!? I NEVER EVEN HEARD OF IT!! HOW THE HELL DO I END UP OWE THEM RM3K++..?!? UGHHH...!!! R.O.A.R!!!

Damn no mood. Called up Bank Islam, to enquire about it. Answered by a voice machine. "Please press 1 for Bahasa Melayu, please... blah blah blah" *press* *press*
"All our customer service are currently busy, please hold" *music playing* =.= So I held the call, after like 3 minutes, "Thank you for waiting, but all our customer service are still busy, ple...." *Hung up* =x

Waste my phone credit for holding. Will call again later. My colleague told me it's ID theft -.- From all the people in Malaysia, why me?!? Pi find those rich people la. I'm not cursing the rich people, but at least they have the money if really need to pay.

Got to get back to work now. Some of my data finally complete executing. Hungry, haven't take my lunch yet T-T
