Just came back from a massage at those old traditional chinese massage health care shop. And I meant those really chinese traditional massage, not those high class spa or those luxury sort of massage. Well, this is my first time going for a massage. Normally I would be very afraid to go for a massage. Seeing other people goes for a massage is enough to scare the hell out of me. Hands, heads, legs, and any other body parts that could be bent were twisted in those creepy and weird weird angles. And the reactions from those being massage, especially the expressions from their faces, doesn't make it any better.
But after a very long ‘debate’ with myself, I decided to give it a try. My shoulder was getting very stiff and quite painful. And I heard that you can get lot of illness from shoulder stiffness or something like that. So I guess better be in pain for a while then suffer from whatever illness I can get later. My cousin recommended me one massage shop.
And there I was, sitting nervously waiting for the uncle to come back. I was really nervous, and not to mention scare. When the uncle came back I actually panicked, zzz So useless of me, *shy*. But I managed to calm down a bit and told the uncle which part I felt stiff and pain. But instead of telling him my shoulder hurts, I told him my back hurts, zzz. So much for me being calm =.= And I didn’t even realized of the mistake I said till I walked out of the shop and wondered why he never massage my shoulder, =.=’’ Arghh, how blur can a person gets? zzz
He started massaged from my hands, twisted it here and there, and pressed the veins every now and then. Then he massaged my back, and lastly turned my head right and left with that ‘tiak’ sound. Ughh, thought my neck going to break, I never like those ‘tiak’ ‘tiak’ sound. The whole process, all I can say is, IT WAS EXTREMLY PAINFUL!! T-T During the whole process I was gripping to the side of my chair, and I can felt my face making lots of weird weird expressions, zzz
After the massage, somehow I felt numb-er =.= And my cousin told me I can’t take a bath until at least 4 hours, so now I smell of ‘minyak angin’ as I am typing this. Ughh…
Don’t think I would go back there any time sooner, hopefully I don’t have to.
